Subscription Boxes
As our boxes contain curated, surprise items selected specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on subscription boxes once they have been dispatched.
Each box is packed with care and sealed — we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your box arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
Gift Boxes
Gift boxes are non-refundable once dispatched. If a gift box arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Simply log into your account or contact us. No cancellation fees apply — ever.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged item, replacement shipping is on us.
